Design Details :

1. EARTHING PIT
Size :- 2000 X 2000 X3000 mm Depth

2. ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY
Electrode pipe 75 mm cp 1750 mm length duly pressed on top up to 250 mm for main lead connections

The 14 SWG Galvanised plates 750mm length X 1500mm height 4 nos are welded with electrode pipe vertically 1500mm face in the diagonal formation as shown in the base plan. The 1250 X 1250 mm 14 SWG GI plate welded at the bottom forming Horizontal plane. This is complete Electrode Assembly.

3. MIXTURE A :- Homogeneous mixture of Black Soft Soil 3.375 CMT + 200 kgs of our Vx-EHT Red colour complex chemical. This will lower the volume 1500 X 1500 X 1500 mm height sorounding the electrode assembly.

4. MIXTURE B :- Homogeneous mixture of black soft soil 8.625 CMT + 500 kgs common salt + 500 kgs wooden charcoal pieces.
Out of this mixture

I. Please make layer of 2000 X 2000 X 250 mm height at the bottom.

II. Remaining mixture may be filled sorounding part of the pit as shown by cross line in the pit.

5. Main earthing lead cable temination pipe Pvc.

6. Crushed stone pieces & size 50 X 35 mm 0.4 CMT.

7. Pvc pipe for water pouring purpose.

8. Cable lead connection to Four plates & the pipe electrode.
